Windsor West Apartments located in growing southwest Champaign, ranks as one of the largest apartment communities in the Midwest to utilize energy efficient geothermal heating and cooling, and is a first locally. The complex is comprised of 18 two-story apartment buildings that house 316 units. The square footage of the units ranges from 880 to 1,325 and is a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans combined for 524 beds. This landmark project also includes resident garages.
