Remodel of a 3 story Hotel in Berea KY, changing the use from Hospitality to Institutional. It will be operated as an inpatient detox and treatment center for alcohol and substance abuse.  The previous pool is being demolished and pool room is being repurposed as a dining room. A Commercial Kitchen is being installed adequate to feed 120 clients. The mechanical systems are being upgraded to satisfy the new use. Administrative offices and nursing stations are being added on each floor of the structure.
