Daniel Wells

Owner/President

Daniel Wells started Wells & Wells Construction Company with the mission of providing superior craftsmanship and service at a competitive price. Wells & Wells Construction Company began in 1989 by completing home renovations and has since evolved to provide general contracting services for student housing, market rate apartments, banks, medical facilities, offices and a host of other buildings. The priority for Daniel and his team is to meet the clients’ expectations for quality, schedule and budget.

Brett Pierce

Vice President – Field Operations

Brett Pierce is responsible for all field operations, including the assignment, supervision and training of superintendents, carpenters, and field engineers. Brett ensures the entire project team has the resources necessary to complete projects on time, safely, within budget and to the Owner’s satisfaction.

Craig Loschen

Vice President – Project Management

Craig Loschen has been in the construction industry for 15 plus years and brings a wealth of experience and leadership working on many diversified projects. Craig leads Wells & Wells project management team having the responsibility to see projects from concept to completion. Craig facilitates owner contract execution and oversight of project management for all projects within the organization. He provides consistent communication and coordination with the project team and client.

Nathan Sievers

Vice President – Preconstruction

Nathan Sievers directs all preconstruction activities collaborating directly with clients, designers, developers, subcontractors, and industry peers, and provides mentoring and leadership to personnel. Nathan is connected to projects at all stages of design and construction, and reviews all estimates for best practices in constructability, efficiency, and sustainability.

Michael Brown

Vice President – General Superintendent

Michael Brown works hand in hand with our field personnel to ensure our project sites are meeting the clients, designers, developers and the project needs. Michael also works closely with the project teams to ensure field staffing requirements are fulfilled to ensure projects are completed with the utmost quality and timeliness. Michael takes the responsibility for Wells & Wells project Safety and Quality Assurance for all projects within the organization.

Janice Koss

Chief Financial Officer

As CFO, Janice Koss is responsible for the financial functions of Wells & Wells Construction and oversees the accounting department. Janice has 33 years of experience in the manufacturing and construction industry. She has dedicated herself to the accuracy and integrity of Wells & Wells Construction financial reporting.

Mark Abram

Project Executive

Mark joined Wells and Wells in 2022 to lead our Raleigh, North Carolina regional office.  He owned a general contracting company for 18 years and has 30 plus years of experience in the construction industry in the Triangle area.  Mark possesses a proven ability to successfully manage projects from concept through completion and defines the parameters of any given project to help owners better identify and assess their building needs.  Additionally, Mark identifies and pursues new project opportunities in the region.
