Our History
Daniel Wells started Wells & Wells Construction Company with the mission of providing superior craftsmanship and service at a competitive price. Graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois in 1985, he was employed as an engineer for three years before venturing to start his own business.
Wells & Wells Construction Company began in 1989 by completing home renovations and has since evolved to provide general contracting services for student housing, market rate apartments, banks, medical facilities, offices and a host of other buildings. The priority for Daniel and his team is to meet the clients’ expectations for quality, schedule and budget.
In the last 10 years, Wells & Wells Construction has become a leader in the multi-family and commercial construction business, completing over $330M in work both locally and nationally. Building on a reputation of honesty, integrity, and trust has led to continued growth.
