CHAMPAIGN, ILLINOIS

Crowwood Apartments in the Turnberry Ridge subdivision located in west Champaign consist of eight twostory apartment buildings each housing eight units. All of the 64 units are approximately 1,120 square feet and are a two-bedroom and two full bath floor plan. Construction included resident garages and features such as hardwood floors, cathedral ceilings and balconies. The project incorporated the infrastructure improvements of site excavation, sewer, water and roads.
